How do I read this book?

WIP: This is a work in progress and pages will be not finished yet. The idea is to form the skeleton and iteratively fill in the content while funding the work in iterations as well. When you are on a section if you see WIP, it means there will be further iterations on that section's content. if you want to be updated on new edits, here is a TG link for updates. https://t.me/+YMIRDmoRp71iNzA0 The language for rewards and compensation seems to have two primitives value creation+value take back. I,e time-based+ monetary compensation, where time is the unit of value creation and the money is the take-back. With that formula in mind, the first two chapters document these primitives and examples of their usage. Chapter 1 on Primitives - Value Creation accounting tackles the units of measuring value. Check this page if you want to understand are different ways people measured value created. Chapter 2 on Primitives - Value Capture Accounting tackle the take-back and the way people measured the value that is taken back.

Chapter 3 lists all the different Design Considerations you can have article by article and gives examples, pros and cons on each. Read here to understand some of the design considerations and delve further into the ones that match your situation. Chapter 4 is case studies from the ecosystem. Expect to see from the players in the Rewards and Compensation Ecosystem. (IF you are one and want a case study please chat with us. Here is our TG for you. https://t.me/+YMIRDmoRp71iNzA0)
